Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

We only carry out returns, refunds or exchanges in case the product has a proven factory defect. Products that present any damage related to use, such as collision between rackets, exposure to water and sun, will not be exchanged.

    In case of exchange of rackets, please send us an email to beachtennislx@gmail.com with photos and videos of the product, so that we can contact the supplier and confirm that the defect is indeed from the factory.

    Attention: small details in the finish of the rackets are normal, therefore they are not considered as factory defects.

    The refund and/or exchange must happen within the first 30 days of receiving your goods. If 30 days have passed since the date you received your products, please contact us to see if an exchange is possible.

    Goods Not Covered

    The following goods are not covered by the returns policy:

    • Clothes
    • rackets
    • Accessories such as grips and balls

    Late or missing refunds

    • If you still haven't received a refund, please check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially credited.
    • If you've done all of this and you still haven't received your refund, please contact us at beachtennislx@gmail.com

    Shipping

    • Please do not send the product back to the manufacturer. Please contact us to request the address where the product should be shipped.
    • Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return cost will be deducted from your refund.
    • Please note that we are not responsible for the shipping company, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
    • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your product to reach you will vary.
