I purchased my product for delivery but I am no longer at the address to receive it

- You must advise your hotel or delivery location so that the order is NOT received. If the order is refused, it will be returned to the sender (i.e., returned to BTLX) and we will refund the value of the products purchased.

- The shipping fee is not refunded, only the products are refunded in full.

- If when the order reaches the recipient it is not REFUSED (that is, if the recipient receives the order) there is nothing we can do. Refunds are only made when the products arrive at our address again.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

- Products can be returned within 14 days of receipt, as long as they are in the same condition as they were sent, without any sign of use, even for testing, and must have all tags and seals intact. The customer will only receive a refund after the product arrives back at our address and we carry out our analysis to confirm that the product remains completely new. Therefore, pay attention to the shipping time if you are returning a product from another country, as we have no control over delivery times and will only refund the amount after we have the product in hand.

- We only carry out returns, refunds or exchanges of a product that has already been used if the product has a factory defect. Products that present any damage due to use, such as shock between rackets, natural wear and tear, damage due to treatments carried out, exposure to water and sun, will not be exchanged.

- In the case of exchanging rackets with factory damage, please send us an email to beachtennislx@gmail.com with photos and videos of the product so we can contact the supplier.

Goods Not Covered for Exchanges

The following goods are not covered by the returns policy:

- Clothes

- Racket bags

- Accessories, such as grips and balls


Late or missing refunds


- If you haven't received a refund yet, check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially credited.

Shipping of products to be returned


- Please do not send the product back to the manufacturer, it must be returned to BTLX. Please contact us to request the address where the product should be shipped.

- The customer will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item.

- Shipping costs are not subject to refund! If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your product to reach you may vary.

- Please note that we are not responsible for the shipping company, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
